If the market value of the institute tokens is below the purchase value at the end of the management period, Party A will compensate Party B for the price difference and provide a profit equal to twice the principal invested by Party B within one week after the contract expires.
5. Upon reaching an agreement with Party A, Party B will participate in the institute token market value management plan. 6. Party A will grant Party B priority participation in the trader incubation program.

8. Party A will allow Party B to participate in the institute’s future foundation. If Party B’s profit exceeds $10 million, Party B will be entitled to a free admission ticket to the institute’s future foundation and may voluntarily subscribe to related services based on their future investment plans.
9. Thirty days before the agreement expires, the parties may negotiate for renewal or termination of the agreement.
